  • Donald Hatcher, MBA, MAc

    Before stepping into his current role as owner of Solutions 4 Wealth, Donny served for over 15 years in finance and accounting directorate roles within multi-billion dollar, publicly traded companies serving as a leader and specializing in growing individuals and teams in their personal and professional lives. Donny is defined as a passionate advisor with experience leading businesses and individuals to achieve dramatic results on an international stage. He has been sought after for his skills at conceptualizing both personal and business strategies, communicating key objectives and aligning actions to achieve desired results.

    Donny received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Dillard School of Management at Midwestern State University before completing an MBA and a Master’s in Accounting degree at the Nelley School of Business at Texas Christian University.

    Donny enjoys skiing with his two children, caring for their multiple animals with his wife Melissa and is an active member of the local church.

  • Suzanne Fitzgerald, J.D.

    Suzanne has over 20 years of experience working with high net-worth individuals, families, executives, business owners and foundations. Her career has centered on providing her clients with best-in-class service and execution-oriented wealth management advice and strategies to meet their long-term goals.

    Suzanne holds a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Quinnipiac University and earned a bachelor’s Degree, magna cum laude, in Business Management with minors in Pre-Law and Human Resource Management from Plymouth State University. Suzanne is a member in good standing of the New York Bar Association (but does not currently practice law) and holds her Series 65 brokerage license (through FINRA), Certified Trust Financial Advisory designation, as well as insurance licenses in multiple states.

    Suzanne is active in her community and sits on the Parkland Foundation Advisory Counsel. Additionally, she is a member emeritus of the President’s Council for Plymouth State University and is an active member of many other charitable organizations. She enjoys spending time with her two Lynx Point cats, Penny & Cash, and playing Mahjong with her family at their property in New Hampshire.

  • Matt Winebrenner

    Matthew Winebrenner has been in the investment advisory business for over 25 years. He spent the first part of his career in the Dallas Ft Woth metroplex where her built a thriving practice that was purchased by his partner to allow Matthew to move into a role with a large national bank to serve their high-net-worth clientele. He learned that the environment in such a large institution was not client centered but bottom line motivated and not focused on the experience or outcome for who he wanted to serve. Matt joined Solutions4Wealth in 2012 and built a practice based on the client experience overall portfolio management specific to individual needs.

    Matthew is the principal in our Charleston SC office (Mount Pleasant) and has a growing practice nationwide. He has a 3-pronged approach, utilizing publicly traded equities for liquidity, private placement opportunities for accredited investors, and critical legacy planning for the generations to come. His passion is in risk management, helping clients understand and quantifying risk vs. reward for each investment and planning strategy.

    Matthew serves in not-for-profit capacities in his community. Board member of Academic Magnet Foundation assisting in the overseeing of the endowment fund. Currently on the board of the North Charleston POPs where he helps bring awareness and support for the arts in the community. Along with his wife Jennifer and son Oliver attend St. Peters church and serve regularly as a family.
